以柑橘细菌性病害(柑橘溃疡病、柑橘黄龙病)为研究对象进行致病机理、病原检测、抗耐育种与防治管理等以下方向:

  1. 易感柑橘溃疡病菌基因CsLOB1致病表型形成的分子机制

  2. 抑菌物质筛选与抗耐黄龙病的分子遗传育种

  3. 柑橘根叶际微生物组在病害防治中的应用

  4. 柑橘砧木抗病与抗逆境品质提升
